How it works
Together with you we (re)create the story of your love, in a way that is funny or moving, but always entertaining. We discuss with you what elements need to be included, how we might tell the story, the right balance between fact and fiction….and then we create a storyboard for your approval.
In working out the basic threads of the story to be told, we look at:
- Cast: the stars (bride & groom) and supporting characters
- Acts: normal sequence is usually made up of 3-4 acts
- Scenes/locations: where do you need to film?
- Costumes/make-up/props
- Length: normally aim for 11-14 min
- Style: realistic, stylized, silent, voice-over, etc.
- Film shoot days: usually a 1-2 day affair
- Team required
Based on the above and completely transparently, we discuss the budget and logistics and come up with a plan that everyone is happy with. Re-creating your story of love not only ends up with a production that amazes and delights, the process itself is exciting and even touching. And at every step of the way, we are there to coach and direct you to get the best performance.
